Performance Manager:

Flow is looking for an experienced Performance Manager to join our team and work across some new clients in the agency. The right person for this role is a digital platform specialist who also has a deep understanding within platforms, a passion for life and an ongoing curiosity for finding better ways or delivering better results.

This role will:

• Give you experience working on a great fashion brand, driving the strategy and execution of performance media channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social & Programmatic.

• Allow you to work alongside some of the most passionate talent in the industry, at one of the most fun agencies in the country, with 9 day fortnights and all the good bits (yes we have won many culture awards)

• Play a role in driving performance across the whole agency, with training and mentoring - and lot’s of cross pod interaction

• Grow in your role, and in the agency, with lots of opportunity for progression.

Account Co-Ordinator (two roles available)

This is Flow is looking for a talented, driven and intelligent self-starter to join our team. This role will challenge and develop the right person with a career path that is designed to teach media buying skills across the traditional & digital landscape.
